Every MAKOMESH® panel is precisely trimmed to eliminate all wire burrs and sharp edges. Eliminating serious and preventable injury risk in hazardous underground conditions.

Failure mode by necking away from the weld joint

Under extreme stress, MAKOMESH® panels are designed to fail by wire necking away from the weld joint. The weld joint remains intact so that the mesh panel retains its structural integrity and continues to reinforce rock surfaces and retain loose material.

Every MAKOMESH® panel is manufactured under a digitally enabled traceability system, powered by a Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) assigned to the raw material used in your order. From receipt through to production, every coil is tracked in real time delivering supply chain transparency, greater quality assurance and confidence in regulatory compliance.
